NICHOLAS MURPHY & THOMAS PHILIP — Hi! We’re the founders of The Dutch Report, a news site that publishes a range of written works, from updates about the school, to thoughtful poems, to the latest on your favorite sports team. We hope that our club will be a place where students can grow, through practice, to become better writers and to produce the most excellent and enjoyable articles about topics that they genuinely care about. We hope to give students the opportunity to share their work with the Collegiate community, and feel comfortable doing so.
This issue is our very first, so we only have a few articles this time round. But, in coming issues, we hope to include comedic interviews, fitness tips, cooking recipes, and entertainment suggestions that you won’t find anywhere else. If you want to publicize your own literary talents, consider joining the club. Alteratively, we’ll also be accepting non-member article submissions in the future, so look out for that email. But, for now, enjoy our first issue!
